Peanut Butter and Jam - Perfect!

The usual question which  springs to peoples mind is "What do I put into my blog?" "Well er...." I thought. After a long hard ponder about this, I came to the conclusion that I should create one on what interests me. So I narrowed it down to either a blog on Technology or Fitness. "What the heck" I thought "I'll do both!" Now these usually don't go hand in hand, but maybe it will be just like Peanut Butter and Jam; Doesn't sound right. But works.
