<p>Okay I lied, it doesn't necessarily have to be a bag of sand. It could be a bag of pea gravel, wood chippings, rubber mulch, or any other dense material. I've recently made a 40kg one for myself and so far I've been having great fun with it. Here are two of my favorite exercises:</p>
